We understand that insurance is overwhelming and confusing. Our office accepts most insurance plans and will work diligently to see that you get the most from your insurance benefits. We will file all necessary paperwork to your insurance carrier on your behalf and accept the assignment of benefits.
Our office is a Premier Delta Dental provider as well as a preferred provider for most major dental PPO plans.
We are pleased to offer you the following payment options for your convenience:
- Payment in full at visit with cash, check or credit card. We will gladly process any insurance claim for your direct reimbursement.
- Estimated co-payment with cash, check or credit card. We will do this following verification of your benefits. Please be aware that this is our best estimate and there may be a balance owed after insurance reimbursement.
